Justice For Payday Lending Clerk in Chicago
In one horrifying turn of events, a payday loan clerk was shot in the forehead by Admise Wilson a 33 year old who was in need of fast cash. After going in and out of the Hanover Park store, on his third visit he robbed the store of $242 after pulling out his 22 caliber gun and pulling the trigger. Wilson claims he wanted to rob the store earlier but his nerves were too much to handle at the time according to authorities.
Luckily, the 34 year old female clerk working at the Hanover Park store managed to call 911 after being shot in the head and survived. She then later identified Wilson as the person who attacked her at the payday lending store. Wilson was placed in prison and showed up to court only to be held on $1 million bail for charges of armed robbery and attempted murder.
Police were able to recover the attempted murder weapon in Wilson’s home as well as the matching shell casing at the payday lending store. Wilson also implicated himself in the shooting and robbery of the store while in police custody. The Payday loan clerk is in stable condition at St. Alexius medical Center where she is receiving treatment for her injuries.
